Danny Conte
Co-Founder & President
Transitioning from the financial industry, Danny founded Tipevo, a pioneering sports technology and data company dedicated to serving the youth sports marketplace. He authored and secured a patent that revolutionized the sourcing, categorization, and delivery of information to all stakeholders across the country.
In March 2022, Danny joined forces with Ben Edelson to leverage their extensive professional expertise and establish B3 Staffing Solutions. This innovative venture aims to transform the recruitment experience with a “people-first” approach, emphasizing the importance of personal relationships as the cornerstone of the company’s growth strategy.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Danny enjoys golf, skiing, traveling as well as spending time with his family and friends.
Ben Edelson
Co-Founder & Vice President
Ben has developed a unique and unparalleled ability to build long lasting relationships with everyone including candidates, administrators and doctors making the recruitment process seamless for all parties. He possesses broad domain expertise developing a consultative approach to navigating the overall recruitment process. Ben has the ability to connect with any individuals treating their career ambition and practice goals as if it was his own.
In March of 2022, Danny and Ben established B3 Staffing Solutions with a goal to re-imagine the entire recruitment experience. Our “people-first” emphasis on establishing personal relationships with everyone we engage is the cornerstone of our company and growth strategy.
Ben enjoys cooking, traveling, playing golf as well as spending time with family and friends.
